Announcing the  brand new Byron Bay Studio of Funky Moves Dance is at 102, Unit 4 Centennial Ct, Arts & Industry Estate.

It is a fully decked out dance studio, including sprung flooring, mirrors, barres, and airconditioning.

Grand Opening

The grand opening and sign on day for Funky Moves – Byron Bay Studio is on Saturday the 28th of January 2012 at 9.00am – 12.00pm. Sign up for , Ballet, contemporary dance, Funky Jazz, Hip Hop, Pilates and Troupe work for eisteddfods and comps.

An innovative Swan Lake by Nina Jeftic

A Nina Jeftic’s Contemporary Ballet
Innovations Dance Group brings Nina Jeftic’s Contemporary Ballet version of Swan Lake to the Northern Rivers with inspiring visions of passion and betrayal.
From childhood to womanhood, the Dancer’s journey is enchanting and provocative.
This community project encompasses local dancer’s aged 7 – 41 year old, who have dedicated their time for the past year to rehearse and learn valuable skills as part of a dancer group lead by Artisitic Director Nina Jeftic and Artistic Assistant and Technical Advisor Susan Flinn.

Come and see the fascinating preview at Byron Community Centre – Matinee 3pm Sunday 29 August or see the whole show at Lismore City Hall 25 Sept evening.
